PB Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie
Does this sound more like a dessert than something healthy? I thought so too. And then I realized that I had made it. Not some far off baker. Not some nearby baker. Me. And it was so good!
You may have noticed that I really have been making smoothies a lot lately. They’re delicious, and really good for you. And you can make them taste SO good.
Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie
- 2 scoops Chocolate Protein powder
- 2 tbsp PB2
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 10 oz SoDelicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup ice
- Toss everything into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
